Both awesome bands! In the song "King nothing" by Metallica, it uses funny irony to show how there's no one to blame but yourself, "you point your finger bu there's no one around." and in the song "Sweating bullets" by Megadeth it has creepy imagery "feeling claustrophobic like the walls are closing in, blood stains on my hands and I don't know where I've been." which shows how the singer doesn't know what he's been doing and how he's going insane. And so both are the narrative telling of ones lost, whether it be something of value or ones mind. But both are awesome songs, so go listen to them!
